Total 4.7 years of experience in Condition monitoring section as Junior engineer, associating with NAGARJUNA FERTILZERS AND CHEMICALS LTD (one of the leading Urea manufacturing companies in India), NFCL road, Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh state. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Continuously monitoring and analysis the rotating equipment’s (Motors, Compressors, blowers, Fans and pumps) in industry by vibration monitoring technology as per ISO-10816 & Trend monitoring.Daily attending to LLF of rotatory equipment’sDynamic Balancing of rotary parts (motor armatures, compressors impellers, pump impellers, fans, Turbines) as per ISO:1940-1:2003.Passing check was done on PSV'S and Steam traps by using ultrasonic technology as per schedule.Demagnetization of Rotary parts like gears, shafts and thrust collars of compressor (was done when Gauss value is beyond the limits.)Attending NDT (PT, MPT, UT, RT, hardness test &PMI) for both static and rotating equipment’s in plant.Conducting external and internal inspection of Pressure vessels as per API 510Pneumatic and hydrostatic test was carried out on exchangers, pressure vessels and condensers as per ASME SEC VIIIAttending Repair and welding work of pipelines and pressure vessels.Temperature monitoring of Reformer catalyst tubes with high range pyrometer.Familiar with management systems like ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS, PSMS, EMS and RC.Familiar with different work permit systems.Reporting any abnormalities, quality affecting, safety related issues and performance / operation enhancing issues with superiors thereby achieving cost-effective solutions efficiently through discussions and team work.
