As a Senior Business Analyst, my main responsibilities include:- Improves product features and functionalities and deliver them timely to our Members.- Work with multiple stakeholders like the Delivery team, the Marketing team, and others to understand the requirements and add them to the product backlog.- Prepare Epic and User stories from the product backlog and help the development team during sprint planning.- Defines acceptance criteria for all user stories and validates whether it is met or not.- Organizes release meetings with all internal stakeholders during each release and get sign-off.- Partner with client staff, and potentially third-party vendors, to extract data- Analyze client data to identify immediate improvement opportunities- Facilitate client calls and in-person meetings
