• Initiated the YUVA training program with Mr. Sanjay Beniwal, Special Commissioner, Delhi Police. The Yuva initiative works with students and workers from low-income backgrounds. The initiative was inaugurated by Hon’ble Justice M. Lokur, Hon’ble Justice Gita Mittal, Hon’ble Justice Mukta Gupta, and Special Commissioner Sanjay Beniwal, Special Commissioner, Delhi Police. I undertook training and assessment, conducted mobilisation drives with local MLAs and formulated marketing strategies. • Additionally, I started 'Project for Employment' with National Urban Livelihood Mission. Under this project, I conducted training sessions of 3,000+ workers and students across government and private institutions including ONGC, Tihar Jail, Reliance Commercial, Juvenile Justice Home, Bhushan Steel Project among others
