I am working with Xceedance from last 5 years which is a global insurance company offices in USA, Poland, UK ,Switzerland, Liechtenstein, India & Australia. I started as an analyst and currently working as a senior analyst in the team, Earlier I was in Underwriting Analytics Team(UAT) worked for Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance which provides commercial property, casualty, healthcare ,professional liability etc. insurance. Our team are supporting their P&C underwriters in pricing for upcoming auto liability & general liability insurance.My role and responsibilities in BHSI Process were-:1.Provide pre-quote analytical services by performing exposure allocation.2.Compiling all submission data in a uniform format.3.Delivering data & analytics to generate final premium.4.Examine documents to determine degree of risk.5.Maintaining high accuracy during the tenure and delivering the data towards clients without any Quality Escape.6.Quality Management.Additional responsibilities are-:1.Mentoring the new hires during their training period.2.Handling the tracker and allocations of work for the team members.3.Problems & doubt solving of juniors during live accounts.Now I am working in National Indemnity Company (NICO) Process, is one of the leading property/casualty members of the Berkshire Hathaway group of insurance companies, boasting the highest possible financial strength rating by A.M. Preparing commercial auto coverage quotes based on different class codes on the client based Citrix environment in ImageRight.2.Works on auto endorsement , prepare monthly reports for different insureds.3.Mentoring the new hires during their training period.4.Making EOD & monthly reports.
