Worked in a completely Vegetarian Restaurant serving serving Vegan and Gluten Free dishes with a beautiful Terrace View. Was Owned by Ms Shraddha Bhansali.

Worked as a Captain for The Sassy Spoon restaurant for over a year. Learned a lot from the Managers and senior team members and also from Chef Irfan Pabaney. Was Owned by Mr Vivek Goenka ( also owner of Indian Express Newspapers).

Worked as a Captain for a over a year. Got to learn a lot about the Modern European Cuisine under the Leadership of Mr Keith D Silva, Justin D Mello and Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani. Was Owned by DHFL group.

Powai

Worked for first time in a 5 Star Hotel. Got to learn the various departments in hotel from Kitchen to service to Front office to Housekeeping to HR to Accounts and Maintenance departments. Leaned how to groom, speak and interact with guests, Cashiering, making coffees. Made a lots of Friends and colleagues during this tenure. Helped me a lot for my career.

First Job of my Career. Learned how a 4 Star property operates. Various Departments and how a buffet serving restaurant ( Its Mirchi) operates. Made few good friends as well.
