• Receiving the goods & GRN making; sending the goods to show room on their requirements• Spearheading the day-to-day management of the stores in accordance with overall company policy• Maintaining daily records of shipments and invoices to see what products need to be replenished• Executing inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system & paperwork accuracy• Assisting in developing company’s inventory management strategy with the aim of controlling costs within budgetary limits• Developing good working relationship with suppliers by communicating and dealing with concerns or problems, such as a delay in an order being processed, etc.• Handling entire range of logistics activities covering planning, scheduling, dispatching, reverse logistics and tracking of finished goods movements while ensuring packing materials available at right time• Coordinating with companies for sea/ air/ road transport, C&F agents, CHA’s and other external agencies to achieve seamless & cost-effective transport solution
