As a project associate at IIT Bhubaneswar, I am working on a challenging and interdisciplinary project that involves mathematical modelling of gas-based MIDREX shaft reactor with experimental exploration of final stage reduction reaction of iron ore with hydrogen. This project has potential applications in the steel industry and environmental engineering.I have a strong background in mechanics of cellular solids, which is the topic of my PhD dissertation. I have developed and validated novel numerical models and analytical solutions for various types of cellular structures, such as honeycombs, foams, and lattice materials, using Abaqus, OpenFOAM, Gmsh, and MATLAB. I have also published multiple papers in reputed journals and conferences on this topic.I am proficient in using various CAD and CAE tools for design and analysis of structures and processes, such as Solidworks, C++, Python, and MATLAB. I have experience in dealing with open source software and customizing them according to the requirements.
