CurrentYour designation and your broad duties and responsibilities remain as discussed with you. They shall be subject torevision from time to time by the Company’s Management and will be communicated to you as and when the changes.are made. The Company reserves the right to assign to you such other duties and responsibilities as may be consideredadvisable or necessary in the Company’s interests, and at the sole discretion of the Company. You shall devote all of your business time, attention and energies to the business of the Company, and shall assumeand perform such further responsibilities and duties as may be assigned or directed by the Company. You shall be performing services for the Company, devote your reasonable best efforts, skill, and ability and shall performyour responsibilities as an employee of the Company in a competent and professional manner.
