As Team Leader , work includes involvement in the complete process, starting with new development to Shipments. Once the Development is done, develop the garment according the buyer requirement & finalize the Cost & delivery date with buyer.Worked with my team on the below points & serve best to the buyer:• Work with Designer and Fabric team for upcoming Season’s New development and Presentation for buyer. • Work on Costing & Delivery date, which are best for Buyer & company.• Work on TNA(Time & Action Plan) for make easy to follow one particular order or style for company & buyer.• Communication with Buyer on daily basis through mails advising on style status.• Work with All Vendor and Buyer for planning on capacity booking for next 4 to 5 month.• Work with Technical Team for Fit/Size Set/PP/Wash sample & take comments & approval from buyer to proceed for the bulk production.• If required involvement in PPM, line plan discussion & Pilot run .• Review the TOP (Top of production sample) & send it to buyer for their understanding of Quality of Bulk.• Also work with Supplier (Fabric & Trim) team for the New Business development.• Work internally On OTS(on time system software) and send WIP(work in Progress) to buyer on every week for there order satus.
