A logistics professional with 20+ years of Parts Logistics Services experience and B.A.Sc (Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering) degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Toronto. Expert in developing and running BRIO (also known as Hyperion Intelligence Explorer) and QMF queries with excellent skills in data mining and inventory analysis. Successful in accomplishing several individual and team projects and assisted in achieving ASCA (Application Systems Control and Auditability) certifications for IBM’s CWWPIMS application. Proficient in UAT testing (writing UAT test scripts, UAT test plans, and doing UAT verifications). Knowledge of many aspects of IBM’s accounting tasks (RNB/BNR reconciliations, account code change process, suspended parts process, WAC issues, etc). Proven ability to analyze and solve problems and learn new tasks quickly. Received numerous recognitions and awards, from both IBM and Geodis Corporations, for outstanding contributions to the logistics business. Knowledge of many aspects of supply chain such as supply/demand, forecasting techniques, capacity planning, and logistics through my study of Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto.
