Talent Accquisition:- Responsible for Manpower Planning along with the Business Heads.Effective layout of a recruitment plan along with employee efficient referral system for lateral hiring by adhering to system & process implemented. HR Operations & MIS:- Budget Review and Monitoring for the HR functionCordinating for the MDM’s and monitoring the update on the sameSPOC for employees queries & grieviances (Corporate Office + Field +Plant)Taking Induction for the New Joinees in the Organization.Handled payroll processing from the corporate for more than 1000 employees.Maintaining Personal records of employees.Handled Internal Audit on HR & acted on the findings by taking corrective actions.Handling the Statutorty Compliances. Compensation & Benifits:- Conducitng a Bench mark Survey for understanding the position in the industry with the help of Consulting organizations .Studying the crictical roles in the organization based on the Compensation & Benefit Survey and implemented effective compensation strategies to retain the talent.Undertaken a Grade and grade wide parity correction exercise.
