To assist Legal department in handling secretarial & legal activities.1) Conduct Due Diligence Process: Checking and Scrutiny of the documents to making sure the business partners (Supplier / Customer etc.) are a proper entity to do business.2) Screening: To ensure all the parties involved in the transaction must be checked against the denied party lists using one of the approved tools or through internet search.3) Contract and Agreement Execution: Review the language and sections of Contract / Agreement to make sure the deal terms and conditions are mentioned properly and to make sure everything else aligns with the expectations.4) Secretarial assistance: Preparation & distribution of Board resolutions to the concerns (Bank, Government officials etc.) as and when required.5) Filling e-Forms:- Filling e-Forms on prescribed under Companies Act, 2013 with e-forms prescribed under Companies Act, 1956. 6) Record maintenance: Maintaining and filing the Secretarial documents, Bank & government correspondence, Original certificates / registrations / agreements, Company Rubber Stamps etc.7) Other supporting activities such as Notarization of documents, execution of Power of Attorney, help to fill customer / supplier addition Questionnaires / Form etc., acquiring DSC, communication and correspondence with banks, various government department for acquiring / renewal the certificate, licence etc.
