I have been working on developing smarter and cost-effective designs for sterile injectable, biopharmaceutical, formulations & FMCG Plant manufacturing processes. Working on providing turnkey solutions for clients with fully automatic system and with CGMP standards. The designs are engineered and as per FDA regulatory standards. The detailed job profile includes:1) Designing of Bioprocess vessels and Plants for (manually operated as well as automatically operated pressure vessels used for solution preparations like media and buffer, suspension products, MDI, sterile formulations, API manufacturing, Oncology products, Antibiotics preparation, Microsphere production, etc.), CIP systems, SIP skids, Fermenters, CSTRS, Bio-kill systems, Filtration skids,Non sterile liquid manufacturing plants( Syrup, oral suspension drop, nasal solutions, antiseptic liquid), semi-solids manufacturing plants(Ointment,cream, suppository, eye ointments) and aware of granulation line equipment's, as per client specified URS under the guidelines of ASME BPE applicable for 2) URS compliance and preparation of process flow diagrams as per URS of the system.3) Technical offer,commercial offer preparation and technical evaluation for designed systems.Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industries. 4) Electrical and instrumentation calculations for the selection of instruments, panels, cable selection, i/o list& instrument datasheet.5) Drafting SLD and Panel wiring diagram/ schematic diagram of skids from draftsmen using AutoCAD software.6) Discussing requirements with vendors, arranging and following up for offers from vendors required for client commercial offerExperienced Quality Microsoft Office Executive skilled in Project Management, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Management, and Leadership.
