Responsible for sales generation b2b, forecasting recruitment requirements, introducing incentive programs for teams, creating team engagement programs, solving internal conflicts, driving campus recruitment for the company.

Worked as team lead sales for the company and worked with service sales for SEO, PPC, Website development and app development. During this stint I developed some major leadership skills, situation handling skills, worked on revenue generation strategies, training new recruits, upgraded myself with knowledge of digital marketing.

Started as Senior TSR delivering qualified leads for solar process & insurance leads for Australian clients. Later managed team of maximum size of 16 members. Have managed trainee sessions and also been part of the quality management team. Have received several awards and recognised as one of the major contributors to the work space during the tenure with the company.

Worked with one of the largest processes back then with HCL for customer service over the calls, and online. Have been part of the pilot batch for online chat process and even upselling for e-commerce and store cards for Macy's stores(financial process). Have been part of training for the vast process and even won many awards for my work with the process for process excellence.
