Current• Achieved organic growth within the organization, joined as a Sr Officer - Planning and moved up in the organizational hierarchy by taking on and successfully executing crucial assigments within the organization across various functions. • Currently designated as Group Manager - PPC & IED and Heading Bias & OTR Plants at Apollo Limda Campus• Currently managing Planning Operations and leading Operations Line Managers for , Production Controls, Manpower & Supply Chain for Bias & Off-The-Road Automotive Tyre Plant • Devising comprehensive Production Master Plans on a monthly basis in order to achieve quarterly, half-yearly and annual targets for Tyre Production and presenting Dashboard as detailed Progress Reports for the Executive Management Team• Production planning across all SKUs in accordance with Supply Chain Requirements• Ensuring operational efficiency target achievement across Manpower, Resources and Materials for High Efficiency Production Outputs with Optimum Cost• Supervision of Supply Chain Operations such as Offloading of Materials/Resources as per Production Master Plans and corresponding requirements• Leading a team of managers and executives to achieve a 100 % Compliance in terms of Output Quantity, Quality and Schedules for “OE Export and Replacement Tyre Market sections"• Developing an External Business Partners for External Rubber Mixing requirements and Manpower Supply Contractors• Coordination with Global Manufacturing Planning for Capacities re-alignment• Coordination with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Functions• Coordination with QHSE Certification bodies such as BIS and Corporate QHSE Certification for National Defence Sector and OE Automotive Manufacturers
