In my current role as a Mechanical Engineer, I focus on optimizing the coordination of a project execution team during the installation of Gas Turbines, Generators, and Auxiliary Systems. Honored with the Annual HSE Award twice for outstanding management, I oversee all aspects of the project management process, from construction to warranty. With expertise in project planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving, I ensure seamless project operations and drive efficiency improvements.

At Siemens Energy, I oversaw all three project phases, from construction to commissioning and warranty, for a new power plant. As a key member of the project execution team, I supervised the installation of turbines and auxiliary systems, subsequently managing the warranty phase in collaboration with the customer. Acting as a liaison between the engineering team and the client, I ensured that project deliverables met all requirements.My responsibilities included assessing documentation such as test plans, method statements, and risk assessments, as well as supervising site teams to ensure the completion of all maintenance activities with proper coordination. Additionally, I reviewed equipment packages and managed customer warranty requests during the Defect Liability Period for a newly commissioned combined cycle power plant.Furthermore, I managed the installation of auxiliary turbine systems and other balance of plant systems, ensuring strict adherence to HSE regulations. My expertise in project management, problem-solving, and ensuring compliance with quality procedures contributed to the successful completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.

During my time with Metamation, I bolstered sales for the new CAD/CAM software version throughout India by visiting with customers to deliver product demonstrations. Cultivated CAD/CAM software, which simulated machine operations in 3D and produced CNC codes for CNC machinery utilized in sheet metal fabrication. Generated system specifications with adherence to project technical requirements. Delivered technical support to Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine users, customers, and Application Engineers throughout product development and implementation processes. Headed support for leading sheet metal machinery manufacturers (OEMs). Lastly, I partnered with sales teams worldwide to guarantee end-to-end project implementation.
