• Associate with maintenance work of stock house & ESP (Electrostatic precipitator) unit of Tata Steel kpo blast furnace.• Doing all types of maintenance required for chain conveyor, belt conveyor, material screener and feeder.• Practicing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) with department. • Associating with shutdown & MSD (Major Shutdown) jobs.• Performing liner plate changing job of chute, hopper & feeder.• Gearbox replacement job of material screen.• Doing total chain conveyor replacement and guide track plate changing job.• Dome valve repairing and replacement jobs of ESP conveying system.
