-Responsible for overseeing the process of employee onboarding, conducting background checks, managing documentation, monitoring and analyzing human resources metrics, as well as ensuring the proper maintenance and updating of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). -Implemented streamlined performance evaluation process, boosting employee engagement. -Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements. -Reviewed and created SOPs and procedures to make recommendations for enhancing work productivity and reduction of error. -Auditing data and compliance, setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the preparation, manage the HRIS/ HRMS system.

The Onboarding of the candidate is all about getting all the required documents completed from the candidate and making sure that the candidate's Paper Work is completed as per the client norms. On-boarding task includes making the First Call to the candidates to build a rapport and to explain to them the entire process of Documentation. It also includes getting the paperwork done on time, completion of background verification and drug test, completing employment and education verifications, completing 1-9 Verification as per Federal rules, Acceptance of Work Order, completion of On-boarding tasks on the Client Portal, completing the 14R Packages and following up with the candidate till the date of start. As an On-boarding Specialist, I need to make sure that the entire screening process is completed as per the norms of the client. In any situation where the candidate faces any problem while completing the paperwork, I need to assist the candidate with the troubleshooting steps and make sure that the process goes on smoothly. Timely completion of tasks, multitasking skills, and time management is very crucial aspects of my role.Tasks-Managed the whole onboarding process and successfully onboarded 600+ candidates across different industries. -Worked for more than 50 clients, including Northrop Grumman, John Deere, Honeywell, and others. -Experienced in initiating the I9 Form and E-Verify of New-Hire Consultants via the I-9 Express website. -Conducting Background & Drug Screening through different Vendors like HireRight, FADV, Yale, Sterling & more. - Coordinating with consultants & vendors/recruiters to get supporting documents to expedite the Education & Employment verification processes. - Working with clients on pay rate changes, start and end dates, and new assignments/engagements. - Submission of Onboarding Paperwork on Field Glass, Beeline and XRM.
