With a Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) and over nine years of experience in the industry, I have developed a strong expertise in restaurant operations, menu development, team leadership, and customer service.My mission is to deliver excellence and innovation in every aspect of the hospitality and culinary services, while ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our clients and partners. I have successfully managed and expanded several projects, such as Head Chef in Australia, the Chef Consultant role at Pacific Link Business Entities Management. I am also involved in business development, marketing, and strategic planning for Apply World Group, aiming to grow our presence and reputation in the market.
