I have 8years of experience in construction and maintenance field. Involved in fault identification and rectification, repairs ,installation of equipment etc and I have Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering which is equivalent to Uk Bachelor (Honours) degree and UK frame work levels: RFQ level 6/SCQF level 10 / CQFW level 6 that can be seen in my achievement qualifications. Was responsible for supervision of various projects like interior-fit out for various commercial projects in India and Dubai. Ensured cost effective services in accordance with industries best practices. Made sure that the team followed current guidance and legislation before implementing any changes in the current work structure. Taken initiatives in necessary situations as a part of grievance handling and assisted team members to solve their problems without compromising the organisations current policies and values. Ensured that all the tasks finished has been tested and verified properly before handing over it to other departments or even to the clients. Always took responsibility to get the jobs done within the estimated completion time without compromising the quality of work. Good computer literacy skills such as MS Office, Auto CAD, Estimation, Project management and planning etc helped me a lot to prepare various reports and stats on daily and weekly basis and these reports has been submitted to the Team Manager on time. In short I would say all these experiences provided me the ability to act as a good team player, ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision, ability to adapt and learn various environment easily in less time and the ability to self learn.
