After completing my professional qualification M.Tech (Mineral Exploration) from I.S.M.; Dhanbad during 1995, I joined Mineral Resources Division of The Associated Cement Companies Ltd. (ACC) as Asst.Manager-Geology after being selected through campus interview. ACC was the only Private Sector Company in India offering full-fledged consultancy and other allied services in Geology and Mineral exploration field in particular, adopting modern technology. Recognizing my experience in mineral exploration, ACC had given me responsibility of the Project-in-Charge (Project Geologist) in Mineral Exploration projects. All the project assignments involved were time-bound, consultancy exploration projects aimed at generating required geological data for opening and working of mechanised mines.
