- Coordination with Freight forwarders for overseas import/export shipment.- Custom Clearance: Scrutiny of import documents, Preparing High Seas Sales Agreement, overseas coordination with shipper for correction / availability of shipping documents on time for clearance.- Customs import shipment documentation under licenses issued by client’s i.e. EPCG, Advance License- Coordination with Vendors, Transporters & Project Teams for indigenous transport. - Manage Transportation of Project cargo from various locations globally & domestics suppliers to site. - Monitoring & Analyzing profit leakages in project such as Demurrages, Detentions. Accordingly corrective actions taken.- Verification of Invoices and dispatch document (i.e. Commercial Invoice, Exercise Invoice, LR, Packing list, Bill of lading / Air Waybill, Bill of Entry).- Submission of MIS Reports on day to day, weekly & monthly basis- Port operations for ODC consignment to ensure safe loading, lashing of cargo on trailer (s) for further transportation enroute.- Route surveys for ODCs, coordination with transport surveyors and execution of jobs for ODC and general cargos.- 24 x 7 logistic supports to ENC sites.- Interface with various departments like Proposal, Procurement, Project Management, QA, Safety and Statutory Authorities etc for timely & safe deliveries of cargo- Preparation and maintenance of logistics databases, reports & presentations for projects.- Coordination with various internal & external group of authorities’ i.e LMC, OPS, CLF,CHA Freight forwarders, shipping lines, insurance agents, transporters, octroi agents.- Executing SAP system for cost booking, preparation of PO’s, & release of vendor payments.
