Xenon is a second-generation family business that is ultimately owned and operated by Deepak Mehta and Rohit Mehta, along with the support of their family as well and accomplished staff. All of Xenon’s assets are operated and managed by the ultimate principals. Much has been learned by the Mehtas while cultivating Xenon, as they have developed expertise in the fields of acquiring, redeveloping and fully operating their properties. While perfecting their skill set within real estate, the Mehta’s and Xenon have established lasting relations and contacts within the banking community leading to their often privileged access to financing. Their intimate knowledge of the rental markets has also led to the ability to quickly recognize the value of properties on the market that would enhance the portfolio and continue the creation of long-term stability and growth for the company. Deepak graduated from USC and has done countless acquisitions and dispositions of property in the Los Angeles area ever since. His full-time occupation is identifying and negotiating investments, obtaining financing, and expanding the company’s relationships within the real estate and banking communities. Deepak provides the company direction in lease pricing for all properties and maintaining the highest-level standards of property management.
