Weekly updating cash position on system and share details to Finance team. Managing cost of branch regarding Pick-up & delivery (LM) and RVP. Follow up with customer service for any service failure (i.e., late delivery, shipment damage etc.) Responsible for OFD and Delivery report send to management on time daily basis. Daily meeting in con call with management for suggestions and feedback of operation or performance. Co-ordination with seller and internal staff for escalation. Follow for pending orders fulfillment on time, so we mark mail on daily basis to concern team. Responsible for arranging the Transport as per company & shipment load.
