• Preparing and Reporting accurate financial information to stake holders. Ensuring timely delivery of reports on a periodic basis. Design, run and maintaining new reports/query as per the specific business needs.
• Identifying the root cause of shrinkage & preparing weekly shrink reports for stores.
• Loading Post stock adjustments for MST stores
• Attend review meetings with stakeholder and manager.
• Update KPI & Check lists for respective activities.
• Preparing the Big six report for ROI & Store Profitability report. Tools used: MS Excel, Oracle applications (Talisma, Nexus, Retek

• Providing accurate data/information that supports Buying & Merchandising departments in decision making & facilitate smooth trade
• Ensure price data on the systems are updated accurately and on time so that stores have the right prices
• Product lines are on set up on the system so that they scan at till first time
• Answer all queries promptly, accurately and deliver a great service
• To have a zero error rate for all line creations and cost/price amendments
