I will also be leading the carve out of transportation business from the acquisition, set it up and run as a successful.

• Heading overall finance function for new business, Animal Feeds & Proteins, including Controllership, Treasury & Risk management, Business Partnership, with a targeted turnover of over $250m in year 1 and Invested.
• Setting up pan Nigeria finance function & defining processes for the business with two manufacturing location, 10 local procurement locations and 6+ Sales locations.
• Augmenting concessional capital from bank and other financial institutions for project finance and working capital requirement. Secured concessional loan worth ~$16m from bank/agric lending institution at ~9% rate vs.
• Managing currency cost and exposure in a highly volatile forex economy.
• Managing interest cost in a high inflationary economy by leveraging thru offshore financing at the same time managing it with no currency exposure.
• SAP and Mtech ERP implementation for the entire business.
