Working Area / Responsibility: Procurement, planning and negotiation of following commodities for M/c shop & Foundry division (Furnaces,Shotblasting M/cs & Conveyor) from Local & Import market with the help of SAP system. 3350 nos. of Stock items which includes Machine Shops Production toolings,consumables & coolant,Maintenance department mechanical,electrical,electronic spares, oils & Tools, Utility department spares & oils,Safety items & Quality department spares,toolings & consumables. Handling non stock indents which includes of Maintenance Spares,machined items as per drawing,consumables & Tools,Pattern Tooling’s, Production tooling items, Quality department tools & consumables, Utility department spares, Fabricated items,IT department requirements. Repairing of Maintenance spares like Motors, Pumps, Gear boxes,Electrical,Electronics items Etc. Calibration of Quality department instruments. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for M/c shop & Utility department,Quality department various instruments & m/cs. Admin department services like Employee Transport,Housekeeping,Canteen. Maintenance department labour requirements & other Services. Handling capital items procurement like VMC,CNC,Washing,Punching,Bio metric,Core shooters machines,Epbax system. Handling activity of Scrap disposal.Scrap like Garbagge,Non usable Slag,Used inserts,tools,oils,coolant,barrels,drums,wooden scrap,casting turning scrap,pig mould,metal particles with sand,scrap patterns,Capital items Etc with the help of Forward E Auction. Handling team of two Engineers.

Techno-commercial negotiations with the suppliers. Developing multiple vendors for cost reduction and reduce dependability. Localization for cost reduction and reduction in lead-time. Raising purchase orders, creating material in SAP.  Follow-up and shortages chasing with vendors. Preparing Purchase Documentation for ISO/TS 16949 Certificate. Vendors payment follow ups with Account dept.
