This is to be done by proper coordination with PPC department and at the same time maintaining the given inventory norms.• Responsible for allocation of work and plan day to day requirements as per production requirement and improving Quality in products and Reduction of Product Cost through innovative methods.• Leading a team of 100 associates and line supervisor in a shift.• Taking meeting of all shop floor associates and all Line supervisor at the start of shift regarding day production plan, CA/PA taken on defects/non compliance and other communication.• Maintaining manufacturing processes • Preparing Shif schedule, daily production reports and presentations.• Maintaining TAT ( turn around time)• Maintaining 5S and on shop floor.

• Spearheading efforts across handling entire spectrum of functions pertaining to production planning and control thereby ensuring strict adherence to the time schedule, quality standards and total productivity maintenance whilst achieving pre-set production target. Handling Desktop & Notebook Planning Operation• Playing a key role in scheduling, planning and implementing master production schedule, Analyzing raw material requirement and release plan for procurement. • Undergo Customer Orders Loading in Production, carry out Order follow-up for material shortage, responsible for TAT.• Make the Production Loading Plan as per Open Order, Ensure Shift Loading as per Shift loading Plan, Update Shortage and procure COA label & Digital Keys for WIN10 and coordinate with HO planner, production and store.• To organize for all input materials orders well in time.
