- Spearheading the team Nationally formulating and conceptualizing new revenue streams by collaborating with the editorial and marketing teams for seamless execution of brand solutions.
- Driving revenues across markets with go to market strategies, special focus on branded content, Impact innovations, on-ground activations & enhancing business on our digital platforms.
- Driving response driven initiatives in line with client's objectives and business plans, generating larger market share and optimizing client retention.
- Conducting weekly review sessions for driving growth objectives of the company, with focus on achieving budgeted figures and targeted market share.
- Managing teams for multiple business initiatives, providing feedback to the team members on performance, identifying grey areas and suggesting necessary course corrections to maximize effectiveness of a professional.
