Current1)Maintain proper communication between superiors and suppliers to convey every detail properly before finalizing the design.2) Fulfilling the requirements of material, machinery, equipment, spare parts, etc.3) Maintain accurate records such as updated drawings & documents throughout the project cycle.4) Project Coordination with internal and external agencies, Ensuring a smooth and timely flow of information.5) Responsible for designing and developing new customized machines which meet customer requirements.6) Preparation of technical clarification sheet to resolve Vendor's and Customer’s comments.7) Keeping track of ongoing orders and smoothly completing the production cycle.8) Negotiating with vendors on lead time, cost, and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
