Job Description Accounting & Finance• : Accounting of vendor purchase bills on daily basis.• : Preparing Sales Invoicing (for Services & Material to customers on daily & monthly basis)• : Pass all the Journal Entries i.e Provision, Prepaid expenses or set off entries.• : Bank related work, remittance and Petty cash handling for Plant day to day expenses.• : Ensure the checking adds for critical characteristics.• : Maintaining bookkeeping for external audit.• : Vendor & Customer reconciliation with ledger & payment statements. • : Chasing outstanding payments from customer as per P.O terms.• : Ensure accurate & appropriate recording of revenue and expenses in ERP.Audit & Taxation• : Handling Vat audit & Service tax audit on department.• : Preparation Assessment report for vat Assessment.• : Preparing monthly GST working with filed returns.• : Attending audit query of Internal & External auditors. • : Computation of monthly TDS Payable & TDS Receivable.• : Issuing Form C & F from sales tax department. Financial Report• : Finalization sales report• : Prepare MIS report on monthly basis. • : Checking Monthly Inventory of Plant.• : Preparing Fund Flow Statement on Monthly Basis.• : Preparation of Trial Balance.• : Preparation of Profit & Loss Account for statutory audit.
