As Lead Salesforce Developer in Cloudera Inc, I talk to business users and different teams to understand their pain points and needs. I worked as SFDC Technical Lead for integration projects to integrate Legacy Hortonworks Salesforce Org to Cloudera Salesforce Org to provide one platform to Support Agents and customers for Case management I was involved in gap analysis and requirement gathering meeting with different team in Legacy Hortonworks and Legacy Cloudera. I worked on data migration of Support related data from Legacy Hortonworks Salesforce to Cloudera Salesforce. In Cloudera, i have worked on many integration projects, technical debt reduction projects. I am responsible for making sure that the best development practices and processes are followed.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer in Hortonworks, I was responsible for architecting the best solution for the company that align their business needs. I managed Case Management, Knowledge Management and Customer Community modules in Hortonworks in Salesforce. I represented my team in consortium meetings with other teams to present our projects. We successfully migrated from Customer Portal to Lightning Customer Community and successfully migrated from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. I was responsible for end to end delivery of projects on in the Support team. I was responsible for technical design , development, testing and deployment of the projects. I am responsible for all major and minor bugs in Production.In Hortonworks i worked on development projects on Salesforce Customer Portal, Salesforce Customer Lightning Community. I worked on Lightning VF Pages using Lightning Design System and Lightning Components. I worked on custom Case Creation Screen with dynamic questions based on Customer's response, to triage the case better. I designed and implemented Login Pages for Customer Portal and Community to match Hortonworks look and feel. I worked on integration with Salesforce. I attended DreamForce 2016, TrailHeadX 2018 and DreamForce 2018 from Cloudera Inc.

In Akamai, My major responsibilities was to maintain DR and Service Cloud. I worked on Email to Case, Triggers, Salesforce 2 Salesforce in Akamai.

In Hewlett Packard, I have been designing and developing CRM Application.I have extensive knowledge on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce1 Mobile App. My Salesforce Expertise: Apex, Visual Force, Web Services, Triggers, Workflows, Approval Process.In Sales Cloud, I have worked on Opportunity Management, Lead Management, Contact Center.In Service Cloud, I have worked on Case Management, Entitlement Process and Milestones, Live Agent, CTI ( Computer Telephony Interface) , Agent Console.In Salesforce1 Mobile App, I have provided custom functionality to Manage Product, Competitors, Sales Team Members.I have developed two stand alone Salesforce Apps ( Tracker and Platform Governance ) for internal use of Hewlett Packard. I have provided training on Salesforce to different Teams in Hewlett PackardHave got Star Awards and several eAwards from Hewlett Packard. I have got several appreciations from Onsite and my Managers.

In Infosys, I was involved in designing and implementing the Salesforce CRM Applications.I worked on Apex, Visual Force Pages,Triggers, Workflows.I provided training to different teams on Salesforce in Infosys.
