With over 35 years of experience as a Chartered and Cost Accountant, I have built a robust career in finance, culminating in my role as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) at a reputed listed company, where I worked last. Throughout my tenure, I have led and managed financial operations, M&A deals (domestic and oversees), corporate governance, risk management, and strategic financial planning, driving sustainable growth and value creation while working in some of the best known Companies in India.Now, post retirement, as the proprietor of my own CA firm, I leverage my extensive experience and deep understanding of financial management to provide specialized services in areas such as taxation, auditing, financial consultancy and corporate governance. In addition, currently, I am Director of two Indian subsidiary companies in South Africa and bring a wealth of knowledge of finance, expertise, integrity and ethical standards to the Management and Board.I am passionate about mentoring young professionals, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the financial community.
