Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist – Supplier management /coordination for delivery performance, maintenance of Quality standards. Monitor supplier related data from internal plant sensors and provide data to suppliers at escalation meeting. Review product and process non-conformance and recommend remedial actions. Continually work with the supplier to improve performance. Using assembly base quality input, pre-analyze supplier issues to validate most likely root cause and then determine if containment process is necessary and implement accordingly. Manage material during containment process internally and with supplier. Enter customer complaint reports, disposition of customer rejections, charge back using SAP. Coordination of all SQA Department Engineers for Line-side Delivery Performance.

Quality Assurance – Perform various performance tests on multiple BMW vehicles to ensure proper compliance with BMW standards. Ensure all the tests are properly performed and documented into the BMW’s MOFI tracking system. Communicating with BMW lead personnel when quality standards are not achieved.
