Monthly reviews of financial health of the project and implement measure to ensure the project is delivered on budget and time. Construction Schedule: Due to my experience in scheduling and resource planning from previous experience, I took the leadership in developing a comprehensive construction schedule for both Metro 2012 and CBD security projects. The construction schedule (in MS Project) reviews critical paths and resource bottlenecks. The schedule integrates the various supplier schedules into our construction schedule. This is used to perform earned value analysis Tenders: Prepare tender documentation in line with company policies. Review the specification and communicate the requirements along with terms and conditions to the suppliers. Contracts Management: Create contracts for the project. Once contract is in place monitor the contract spend and any contract expenditure time and review (CETR) analysis. Quality Control: Develop project inspection and test plans. Work with various stakeholders (manufacturers, contractors etc) to reference test procedures, checklists etcetera in the project ITPs. Auditing: Maintained an internal auditing schedule and performed internal audit on various processes. Reporting: Prepare monthly reports for steering committee and top level management on progress of project. Process Implementation: An example of change management where I successfully implemented new process of projects lessons learned. The team had a nonexistent system of sharing lessons learned. The team consists of project managers who have been with the company for over 30 years. So implementing and selling a new system was a challenge.

An ITP is generated to ensure proper steps (Witness points, Review Points or Hold points) are taken to ensure the project meets the specifications. Strong understanding of various international and national regulations and standards have also been developed and demonstrated.. Project Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessment and take appropriate measures to minimise risks. For example on one of the projects the client had liquidated damages on shipment of project. A plan was generated for the project to ensure all risks were addressed and preventive measures taken. The project was delivered successfully and on time. Site Visits and Presentations: I have been on a few LNG sites around the world to perform commissioning, pre-commissioning and training (using tools like PowerPoint) for the operations. Oil and Gas Industry: A strong understanding of the standards used in the oil and gas industry especially with regards to equipment for hazardous area has been developed.
