Marcel was an initiative to build AI Platform in collaboration with Microsoft a set of tools and services that connects the 80,000 creative minds of Publicis Groupe — so employees will learn more, share more, and create more than ever before. The project started with announcement of Pubilicis Groupe to launch an AI (Artificial Intelligence) Platform to be offer to clients. As Data Architect in Data team, was responsible to develop the NLP based search engine to enable cognitive based search. Designed the cognitive framework enabling the AI platform to support the various utterances in Search. Responsible to compliance platform for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).Performed the Data Science, Predictive and Data Analytics to raise the Target Operating Model (TOM) for the AI platform.Lead the Scrum team for establishing different team, developing vision plan, support, and timelines for deliverables.

This project pertains to the US headquarter of a UBS(Swiss based global bank) that has been a long term client of Sapient. The core work arises from the regulatory requirements and business needs, face by this Bank. The objective the project was to create the Common Data Source for all the Risk Areas to provide a single source for Risk Reporting (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Whole Sale Credit Risk and Liquidity Risk). On boarding different systems and teams on the new platform, to provide more generalized and simplified version of new data. • Responsible getting developed new Data Source to publish data through Rest APIs in NOSQL, Json/FXML format. Providing end to end traceability of the Data elements and its Data Lineage to be align with BCBS 239 regulation (EPS US equivalent).• Identifying and defining clear business, data transformation, data inputs and date extraction that other teams would use to generate risk reports and risk models.

This project is for a UK based global bank that has been a long term client of Sapient. The core work arises from the regulatory requirements face by this Bank. These regulations increasingly reference the expectation of a structured approach to Data Management, for which, the Bank is required to demonstrate that it has the capability to manage its data effectively. Also, for improving its approach, Data Lineage is required to demonstrate the provenance of data. (Data lineage captures information that describes the data stored and the logic for the process that moves and changes the data, between different data stores in the organisation. It also provides the provenance and audit trail that traces data items from where they are captured to where they are ultimately.• Identify the impact regulation have on data management and ensure data lineage projects are implemented successfully, and are within time frame;• Facilitate workshops with business representatives to establish scope, requirements, business outcomes, as well as model business process; • Identify missing documented processes and work the other team members to complete documentation using best practices to ensure standardization and consistency;• Coach and ensure sustainability (coach other technical business analyst with less experience)• Employ agile development methodology including task estimation, test automation, deployment automation and continuous integration to improve overall execution speed and product quality;• Responsible for ensuring analysis and design deliverable are produced and meet pre-defined quality standards; and,• Ensure accuracy of data from different regions, legal entities and geographies are simplified and constructed correctly.• In addition to working on billable client engagements, also assist as needed on pre-sales opportunities such as RFP responses, proposal delivery, architecture assessments, and technical qualifications.

Co-developed a multilingual application that is operating in more than 26 countries for organization called SurfGoldSuccessfully upgraded and put into production existing eCommerce web application from ASP.NET 1.1 to ASP.NET v2.0 while .NET v2.0 was still in Beta 1. Utilized Object Oriented Programming techniques to create reusable web components, causing a significant decrease in programming and maximizing resources. Mentored other developers on developing Web based applications and controls, architecting SQL Server databases and administrating Web Servers.
