After Completion of Green Field Project with an Investment of aprox 540 crores ,Now heading the site Engineering & Maintenance Team comprising 87 Engineering Professionals.The new Responsibilities includes:1.Ensuring availability, functionality & reliability of production equipment, & utilities to enable current & future production flow in a safe, quality & cost effective manner.2.Approval of P & IDs, Layouts & qualification documents related to equipment & critical systems.3.Establishing maintenance schedule of machineries/facilities & ensuring its implementation in the plant. Implementation of routine instructions, periodical replacement of worn out parts, repair of faults & malfunctions.4.Structuring & assimilation of preventive maintenance procedures in accordance with GMP norms.5.Equipment preventive maintenance & conducting periodical inspections.6.Breakdown maintenance7.Acquisition of new systems & their incorporation into the plant’s activities.8.Managing and implementing systems’ improvement programmes.9.Procurement and indenting & managing the spare parts & maintenance materials. 10.Monitoring the maintenance budget.11.Prep. of SOPs according to updated work procedures and training for implementation.12.Conducting work relations with suppliers, subcontractors and planning firms.13.Predictive maintenance in Plants.14.Target of Zero down time in all Plants.15.Optimization of running Utility & it’s cost.16.Preparation of proposals for flexibilities & Utility.17.Planning & implementation of flexibility & utility modifications as per the production plans.18.Develop and Lead Engineering design for a portfolio of Large Projects.19.Ensure full compliance to Core Design & Engineering Standards.20.On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of CE/FEED packages for Large or strategic Projects for designated category. 21.Process Safety ,EHS by Design23.,Capex Efficiency Compliance to core designs or agreed best practices
