Currently, I am employed at Flomic Global Logistics with key responsibilities including client meetings, identifying new leads and prospective customers, building relationships to support organizational requirements, conducting follow-ups and providing service both independently and with junior colleagues, evaluating client feedback, and preparing and submitting data analysis reports. Essentially, I serve as a liaison between clients and the organization.Previously, at Teamglobal Logistics Pvt Ltd., I held the position of Assistant Manager Sales. My responsibilities included sales and marketing of all products, customer acquisition and retention, maintenance of client data on the E-Freight System, collection of payments, and providing cost-effective container and shipping solutions. I actively developed business relations through client meetings.As a Customer Success Owner – Acquisition at Cogoport, I focus on customer acquisition and retention, communicating with clients to track their requirements and procurement plans using the Cogoport Partner Portal. I provide shipping solutions to minimize costs, reserve necessary shipment space across various transport modes, provide shipment status updates, and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders for smooth operations.In my previous role as Deputy Manager - Sales at Premier Transport Ltd, Vadodara, I managed liaisons with clients, agents, customs, government authorities, and vehicle operators to ensure smooth movement of cargo. I facilitated documentation, ensured safe cargo movement and delivery (both normal and ODC/OWC), conducted surveys, maintained a safe work environment, supervised end-to-end logistics operations, and promptly addressed operational and technical issues.I completed my post-graduation from the Indian Maritime University in June '19, earning an MBA in International Transportation and Logistics Management.
