Analyzing the requirement received from Accounts manager and sourcing the resumes from different portals,groups, and referrals Sourcing consultants using job portals (Dice, Monster,CareerBuilder) Screening the profiles according to the skillset that matches the client requirement along with their Visa Status,Technical Skills, Communication skills and relocation constraints. Negotiating the rates with the candidates including hourly, per day. Getting the confirmation from the consultant through E-Mails like rate confirmation agreement. Forwarding the suitable profiles to the Accounts manager. Scheduling the interviews for the candidates as per the slots provided by the client Following up with the candidates before and after interviews for the feedback. Strong database build for all technolgies in Excel Spread Sheet with all status update. Reporting to Accounts Manager.
