I like to manage the team, talk to people, handle their problems and make them feel that they have approached the right person who will definitely help them in providing solution to their problems.I strongly believe in "putting customer at the heart of everything we do" & believing so brings conviction in customer service.I love to organize things, come up with new ideas & implement them that's what drove me to join retail . It has been 15 years since I worked in multiple retail stores and I learned a lot which probably was not possible only in theory be it customer service management, people management, Inventory management, Cash management, Sales & forecasting, Marketing management. Retail store operations gave me all these opportunities which greatly enhanced my learning & my mentors have a big role in helping me to learn these things
