Monitor progress of the construction work ,identify the quality issue. Insure materials delivered at site meets the required standard (by performing the relevant test).Perform quality assurance and inspection in accordance with the quality assurance plan submitted by the contractor. Reviewing the submittals (product data sheet, work methodology, shop drawings, items sample, test reports). Carry out routine Inspection of material , workmanship and labor safety related work. Reporting and Deliveries (Daily ,weekly work related report ,Weekly/Monthly Environmental Monitoring and Management report, Daily Safety Inspection using Predictive Solution ). Tracking out the work progress schedule using Microsoft Project.
