Job Responsibilities :-Regarding Clients :- • Client interaction, Documentation etc.• Customized Purchase, Hr & Financial module as per the Client requirement.• Functional Requirements Discussion.• If client desire for a new report, need to work as Mediator between client and developer team.• To make the classification of the material as according to “Purchase Officer” instructions.• Online data feeding in ERP as per the client data• Deliver the training to Super and End Users, to make them understand and bring comfort into the ERP.Regarding 4th Quarter Technologies :- • To provide them all the necessary information regarding client requirements.• To tell them about the requirement of the clients like what they wants through the ERP, if they want any changes or any new type of report from ERP then need to tell and understand them the requirement or reports.• To provide them my daily, weekly and monthly work status in client site.• If the clients want any type of new report or page in ERP which is not exist in ERP then I need to work as a “Mediator” between developer team and clients.• To tell them about to make changes or modification, wherever it’s seems, the page or report need modifications or changes.
