(IB)My experience spans over 29 years of which 22 years of academic experience of teaching and research in Marketing and Corporate Strategy in multi-cultural backgrounds of India and Ethiopia (Africa) at graduate and undergraduate courses. I possess a corporate exposure of 7 years in various leading Indian companies and French MNC, where I served as Zonal Sales Manager, before joining academics. Prior to joining Jaipuria Institute of Management as Associate Prof., I was Asst. Prof & Asst. Dean (Management), at Inmantec Business School. Between 2003-2007, I also worked with the Ministry of Education, Ethiopia under UN Development Program in an Ethiopian university. I have also been associated with working executives in Continuing Education Program (CEP) in Ethiopia. I am a certified internal auditor for ISO.My publications include papers on marketing and CSR in National and International Journals. My interest areas include Marketing Management, Services Marketing, & Strategic Management. I have received multiple awards as 'Best Faculty' (Pan Jaipuria) across different categories of Teaching Excellence, Peer Feedback, Positive Impact on students & Mentoring.Professional Guidance: * Subject Expert on General Management & Marketing during Pilot testing of manual on Entrepreneurial Development, Conducted by Commonwealth Youth Program, Chandigarh.* Deliver sessions in “Strategic Marketing of Products & Services” in International Programmes on HRD & Entrepreneurship Training (International Participants): Conducted by National Institute of Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development (NIESBUD), Noida.
