• Responsible for the monitoring and controlling of the critical process and Quality parameters of the plant., minor maintenance and training of shift field operators.• Trouble shooting, Fault Diagnosis and highlighting the problem areas.• Dealing with unit operations like Distillation, Drying, Pastillation, Filtration.• To calculate the mass balance, reduce utility loss and arranging the manpower according to the need.• To supervise the whole production process, work permits, charging of raw materials & catalysts.• To control the start up and shut down activities.• Recording the production data, work order, DSR, R/M handling, all through the SAP software.• Aware about the company Quality Policy & EHS policy.• Undergone basic training in ASIM HIRA & OCP procedures.• To carry emergency procedures for Safety while handling hazardous chemicals.• Analysis of PFD, P&ID, chemistry of the process, SOP of process & equipments.• To ensure the limits of effluent and pollution control.• Reporting the whole shift activities to Production Manager and Plant Head.
