Analyses Spare part requirements and recommends min-max stock levels to be maintained.Utilizes the CMMS to monitor all Work Orders, prepare management progress reports, cost analysis, report on manpower utilization and work order backlog.Prepares, monitors and updates Service Level Agreements in coordination with internal customers as Maintenance Division representative.Coordinates with end users on equipment utilization and prepares Technical Evaluation as justification for purpose of asset Write-Off. Coordinates preparation and utilization of Capital and Operating Budgets, monitors budget allocation and purchase requisitions.Monitors utilization and implementation of Contracts & Price Agreements, recommends addition or deletion of spares.Represent division in investigating Accidents or Incidents along with HSE..
