Round visits in wards to evaluate the progress of admitted patients4. Special skills like incision and drainage procedures, cast and slab applications, suturing techniques, ear syringing, general ultrasonographic scan of obstetric patients5. Administrative tasks: preparing duty roster, conducting regular monthly hospital meetings, specific instructions to hospital staffs of different departments, communication and interactive seasons.
