Neo Structo is a Mechanical Construction Company based in Surat. The Company mainly caters to the needs of Petro-Chemical industries. They do Fabrication, Erection, Installation, Inspection, Commissioning jobs for the sector. I worked there as a Planning Engineer for a tenure of 1.4 yrs. I was involved in the Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting, Client interaction of BPCL Project for the Kochin Refineries Ltd.

NATURE OF WORK: Plan for manpower and resources for the fabrication & machining activities as per drawings and job specifications.Prepare Job Scheduling so as to complete the project within the contractual period.Full Documentation of the project which includes activities like monitoring the daily progress & reporting; Daily, Weekly & Monthly Planning for the job; reviewing the Production achieved on a monthly basis.Analysis of the Production report and implement measures to achieve better production. Prepare the total summary of Project which includes Costing of manpower, material & machining time and reconciliation activities. DURATION: 14months
