In the company, a team of four members was assigned to find a problem and analyze them. During my internship, we used the Avix method and Time study to find nonvalue added time in a particular production line. We also took the ergonomic survey and also learned leadership and management style as a production manager.

My role is todesign a production plan for the product which includes the cost estimation, assembly plan andprocess plan.
