This role involved optimizing ocean delivery cost by working on key spend levers such as terminal procurement, equipment flows, equipment repair & storage, terminal productivity, Bunker spend. Key part was to understand >$20b ocean delivery spend for Maersk's liner business & work with various regions and areas to run specific projects to achieve targeted savings.
