Screening and short listing the CVs in response to advertisement and our database. Mobilize the candidates for preliminary interview (pre -screening). Briefly explaining the Candidate about the Job profile and other Salary Details offered by the client. Sending Suitable CVs to respective Clients. Acknowledgement and follow up the feedback from the client about the CVs and the Short listed Candidate. Making arrangement for the Interviews (Face to Face Interview, Telephonic Interview, and Teleconferencing). Negotiating salary with selected candidates as per the company salary structure. Final offer negotiation and closing. If offer is accepted by the candidate's, proceeding for their further process.Keying in and maintaining information about candidates, clients requirements etc. Have closed positions at various levels ranging from Mid Level to Senior Level. Receiving and sending the mails to client and candidates.Maintaining a file for each candidate including their all necessary documents.Preparation of Invoice, Confirmation Letters for Client and the candidates. Managing the Entire Recruitment Process. Administration, learning on a regular basis. The complete Recruitment Process till the candidate has joined in the company.
